The worst service I have ever experienced. The food was fine but the courier was rude and abusive. First of all he wasn't in the right address. I said I would meet him downstairs he was half way down the road. He phoned and started shouting in the phone. This is not the standard of service I expect. Iceland delivery itself was fine. Very disappointed as I am disabled as well.
