Well, this is my first time of ordering food, and I forgot the older absolutely right.. Twice before both orders were missing items, so I’ll give them a try again. If anything else goes missing in the future I won’t bother

I ordered yesterday two items were missing one butter, chicken one sweet-and-sour battered chicken and I only realised that the butter chicken was missing today as I ordered two and one was there but today when I looked for the second one it wasn’t there. I sent a message asking him to check my order One Salt-N-Pepa chicken was missing. If this happens again, I will not use Iceland home delivery because yesterday although I noticed sweet-and-sour better chicken was missing. I didn’t notice that the butter chicken was missing until today so I’ve already lost £3.35 and I don’t have money to keep losing every time, I order +4

The shopping arrived quickly and the delivery driver was a nice guy, but my Chinese Battered chicken balls were not in the order. I ordered one special fried rice, one Chinese battered chicken balls i.e. sweet-and-sour chicken balls to have for supper and it wasn’t there. The first time I’ve used Iceland. I will use them again but next time I will check everything in the kitchen before I let the delivery driver go.
