Friday 10 January 2025Driver arrived with the wrong order, told him multiple times that it wasn’t our order. He returned to the shop however returned to me with the same order and told me it was definitely mine. Again, I explained he was wrong, which then followed by him demanding money from me because the “drive back to change the order would come out of his wages”. Later, I received I phone call explaining how my order was of stock, but he was more concerned about the money I apparently owed him. Unacceptable.
