majority of the order was out of stock and I needed it. I've paid for a service charge and I'm not too sure what I've paid for. I know for a fact the stock is on the shelf. it's just laziness from the staff at iceland where they couldn't be bothered to pick it. won't be going back there again. Delivery driver was perfect so no problem with them.
