Monday 04 November 2024We placed an order for 2 crepes and 1 waffle and 1 milkshake. Our order was missing 1 crepe. We called the company to report this who was not very helpful at all. We were advised just to submit for a refund… and they could not deliver the missing item. We didn’t want a refund, we wanted the order that we placed. They said they thought the missing crepe (Ferraro Roche) was a milkshake. But if that’s the case we should have got 2 milkshakes. Not very good company to deal with.
