The food is delicious and we loved ordering from here, which is quite unfortunate as in our last order we got CHUNKS of glass in our meal and are certain that we ingested some. This is unacceptable.

I was extremely shocked to read about what you found in your food. A thorough investigation has been conducted and is still ongoing. We have examined all batches of the food, as well as the blender and all utensils involved in the cooking process. I am deeply sorry to hear about your experience. I haven't received my order yet it says delivered

Hi Maryclara, I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your order on time. I'd like to clarify that when an order is marked as delivered, it doesn't come from us but from Just Eat drivers. What we do is inform Just Eat that an order is ready for collection, and we press a button on the Just Eat machine in our shop to indicate this. Just Eat drivers handle the rest of the process.
