I did not get a notification that the driver had arrived at my hotel and when I asked the restaurant they said the driver took the food because it wasn’t received. I did not receive my order and I was waiting for it for more than an hour.

hi sandra, sorry to hear that however it's just eat issue you should have contacted them the drivers not ours and it's their responsibility to deliver orders once they collect it our restaurant and it's not first time it happened many times before from their side Regards,

I should be entitled to a refund. entire bowl of rice spilled sauce spilled bread was not warmed up considering the above I only got one bowl of rice and no sauce I should be entitled to a refund.
