I tried and I’m not happy with the packages; calamari container where just dropped in the bag, no tape or something to keep it sealed, in fact it was a mess . Pizza if you where more clever instead of stretching the dough base that much wider, the border of the container wouldn’t got soaked and I had to trash away those edges. If you are a real Italian you will understand what does mean work with the love to let your customers to enjoy your products. As it was made in such a greedy way, you will not survive longer in the market and that it was a Piadina not a pizza . I can tell that I got practical experience, qualified as pizza chef and well experienced restaurant manager with more than 20 years of experience and been dealing with a lot of complains. My best suggestion it’s you to respect the size of the box, flat the pizza as normal 12 inches and change the calamari containers.
