Saturday 07 December 2024I have ordered tandoori chicken which was meant to come with a mint sauce and side salad.I have not received any of the sides and when contacting the restaurant I was made to feel like I have make this up.Firstly being told that I will have to wait an hour for these, I believe the manager decided to bring this by himself.However when this arrived I have been given handful of green leaves in the plastic bag, not even bothering with slightly better presentations, unbelievable.

Hello we had 2 staff members packing your order and both agree everything was packed, we still sent out more mint sauce and salad and that is how are salad comes we have never had a complaint about it before. I do not appreciate my staff being sworn at over the phone.

Friday 22 November 2024Our food arrived cold apart from one item. We ordered at 18.19 with a delivery estimate of 45 mins - 1 hour. After multiple phone calls the food arrived at 8pm and we then had to reheat it all. Feel we deserve a refund. Very disappointed.

Due to being a very busy Friday night your food was late, we don’t have any of our dishes pre cooked it’s all cooked fresh it takes about 45min to 1 hour to cook the food on a standard busy Friday, the order gets sent out straight away when the food is ready so I’m not sure how the food got cold from our takeaway to your house which isn’t that far apart, I do apologise for the delay unfortunately the staff did struggle a little with the overwhelming large orders that had taken longer to cook.

Saturday 09 November 2024Delivery was late however the driver apologised stating the restaurant was busy. Could this explain that the chicken madras had only four small bitesize pieces of chicken in the generous sea of sauce? Had to cook our own chicken to add to it.
