A cylindrical, drum-like oven, this cavernous piece of equipment is a tandoor, and it's tended to by a khansama (male cook) who plunges marinated meat and vegetables into its fiery & slaps flatbreads like naans onto its sides.

Our Tandoori dishes are marinated in a delicious combination of mustard oil & yoghurt sauce mixed with our own blend of a rich selection of exotic herbs. Each tandoori dish is barbecued in a fired clay oven, complimented with our house salad.

Our ‘Old Favourites’ selection of curries embody authentic Indian cuisine. These dishes have been crafted and perfected with the use of traditional recipes's to ensure the eastern taste is brought to the streets of the UK.

These dishes are prepared with basmati rice, stir fried with your choice of ingredients & cooked with a selection of subtle spices that will tantalise your taste buds. Served with a vegetable curry.

Fun fact: the word biryani is derived from the Persian word birian, which means 'fried before cooking' and brinji, the Persian word for rice.

Uniquely cooked with Kashmiri spices, a dry textured dish cooked with a complimentary selection of herbs & spices offset with delicious plain naan.

Did you know: balti is adapted from a Pakistani style of cooking. The word balti means "bucket" in Punjabi and describes the small, flat-bottomed, two-handled wok, in which the food is both cooked and served.
