Hi we are very sorry but your address was not correct. The driver was waiting near BAR systems. He called you many times but you did not answer. He waited 15 minutes calling constantly. Then he returned with the goods to the store.

Wednesday 27 November 2024Do not order from here! My food never came and said it had arrived, shop is now closed and I am unable to contact them. I had already seen reviews saying similar things so it definitely isn’t a one off! Spent £28.77 which I now have to request a refund for and wait for just eat to get back to me. Absolutely rubbish service.

We are very sorry that as a regular customer you rated us so low, we have never let you down before. Unfortunately our driver had an accident today and in all the rush we had to close the shop but for some reason the system remained open. We are sorry. Sometimes it is worth waiting to give a review until you know the reason. Thank you very much and once again we are very sorry.
