I ordered chicken soup 30 minutes before you closed. if you had no soup left then you shouldn't have accepted the order. I ended up with 2 tubs of luke warm gravy/broth with potatoes and carrots in. not 1 piece of chicken at all and I order from you regularly. I have requested a refund and I want it honoured. This is not acceptable at all
