Food never arrived, tried to contact restaurant on the night and no response. Phoned the next day and they said they had tried to phone and that the food had been left outside. This was not the case as there was no missed phone call or attempt to phone while we continuously looked outside to see if there were any deliveries. Colleague on the phone kept correcting himself and changing the story and time of the delivery as well. Very very poor service.

You placed order around 2am on 1st January our driver called you on several occasions but you didnt respond. You called us around 8am in morning tracing your order yes food was left out side at the door as we couldn't redeliver you if food was brought back to the takeaway... all I would like to address is please answer door or calls when drivers are outside..
