Quality of the food good as expected. only this in that one dish was wrong from the one ordered ( chocolate mochi did not arrive as required) so it went wasted, but it can happen. But beside it all good. Hope next time food received will match 100% the order.

I placed my order at 12:05pm. The app initially said it would take 30-45 mins for it to be delivered - however the delivery time kept moving and I eventually only received my order at 2:05pm. I don’t understand what situation might merit a 1.5 hour delay in delivery - especially seeing as London Bridge (where the Itsu is located) is not far from the delivery address.
