takes to long to come ordered at around 9:30 came at 11:20 need the times fixed

Hi Jamie I have checked your order and it was placed at 9.55am with a delivery time of 11.25am as we had already put the time up. Your order was delivered within the timeframe that was given to you when you placed it. Sundays are our busiest day and with the football today we had our times up straight away so customers were aware when they placed their order that there would be a wait. 🧡♥️🖤
