First they were about 15 minutes late. Then one of the side dishes was missing and replaced with some completely different vegetable croquettes which had no taste whatsoever. I called the restaurant, the manager said that there was nothing he could do, mistakes happen. When something similar happened with another restaurant, they went out of their way to send me the missing item, but this one couldn’t be bothered… Then the other sides ordered had a lot more oil than they used to. Then when we opened the paella, it was too small, it was supposed to be for 3 people, but was a two-people size. Just to compound it, there was only 2 King Prawns for 3 people, something which never happened before. Also they did not have squids in it, like they used to. We used to order these many times before so we knew what to expect. I tried to call the restaurant, for a second time, spoke to the manager, he told me that there was nothing he could do and if I wanted to complain I should contact Just Eat… Not very friendly or apologetic…. The quality and quantity have gone down, it is very disappointing…. I am not sure that I will order from them again…

I wouldn’t leave a review but uncooked rice is actually quite dangerous to consume. And it was very visibly uncooked. Absolutely grotesque behavior
