Best customer service I’ve had to date. Janes didn’t have exactly what I wanted but made it right with a lovely hand written note and a free donut to make up for it. The food from this place is always 10/10 anyway, but today they went one step further and quite frankly made my day much better. It’s the small things that mean the most sometimes. Highly recommend all food from Janes. Particularly the doorstop sandwiches which are packed to the brim with fillings. Thank you ☺️
