Asked for no chillis & jalapeños but instead got chillis and no jalapeños. The chilli sauce is actually hot sauce- huge difference. And the price of the extras for what you get is absolutely absurd! £75 to feed a family of 6 is ridiculous. You pay less at a restaurant.

Had an update to say driver was on way. Waited 40 mins for what should have been a 5 min drive. Surprise surprise food was cold but not only that the Donna meat was dry and obviously floor sweepings!! Will not be ordering anything ever again from Jaspers! I threw the whole thing away and will go hungry!! Thanks because although I asked for a refund I’ll still have to pay for delivery which is a JOKE!!! Do not order from this restaurant!!!!!!!!!!😡

The food was cold when it arrived, there were missing items, and the cheese on cheesy chips has returned to a solid block by the time food got here. Not the best on this occasion, although previous orders have been fine. 😔

A lovely meal, good quality doner meat, cooked just right. Delivered early from Canterbury to Whitstable. Unfortunately no decent kebab take aways in Whitstable or Tankerton anymore.

For the food some was not warm to eat and as soon as open the packaging there was grease galore coming out of the food packaging going over the other items as getting them out the bag opened to eat and the bottom of the food where the pita bread sits it was caped in grease and hardly any sauce so made it unbearable to want to eat it was more suitable for my dog

Had waited 40mins from when it left the restaurant. It had arrived on the time given when ordered but it had been out for delivery for 40mins, so as I expected when my food arrived it was just on warm side and had to heat it up in the oven so it was able to be eaten. The lamb was very fatty and the chicken shish wrap was all soggy from where the mayo had gone through it because of the amount of time it had been sitting in the delivery bag. Not impressed , will not order from here again.

Meat was cold, and laid on top of my pitta bread that was greasy, the chips were like they were cooked hours ago and reheated, I won't be buying from there again, very very poor
