Didn't arrive at the designated time. phoned the restaurant for details and said car had broken down which would have been nice for a phone call or text to say it's running late. when arrived the driver showed me his oily hands which is not a good start when handling food I am very disappointed in this as I am diabetic and need to eat at set times

Ordered 2 burgers and a pasta dish, due 18:45-19:05. After several calls driver turned up at 19:50 with no apology. Food was cold and sad. Chicken goujons was 3 sad little pieces for 9 quid. Had far better orders before, shame.
