Impossible to order off this place. they cancel every single time. management needs to look at what staff are doing. 90% of my attempted orders are cancelled. massively unprofessional. needs a major change

The whole point of me coming on here was to get some freshly made fifteens and I purchased 5 of them which were nearly 13 quid. You gave me 5 of the wrong tray bake, coconut and jam in the middle??? I want a refund for them ASAP. if you ran out, that's fine, call me or cancel the order? Annoying. Also, there's noway is that vegetable broth a large? Absolutely tiny.
