I didn’t receive a whole meal with my order and I have tried contacting the restaurant and can’t get ahold of anyone I am not happy

I ordered rice and peas with boneless thighs. The order arrived and the thighs were missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant but didn't get any response from the 3 calls I made. I also sent a text. 2 days have passed and still no communication from this restaurant. I instead received a credit to my Just Eat account and not a refund to my bank account meaning I am being forced to spend with Just Eat. Very disappointing experience!!
