Great customer service: Received a courtesy phone call to inform me that some items from my original order were now unfortunately unavailable; however, received high-value substitutions plus extras, to compensate for the inconvenience. The person I spoke to (Jeoffrey) was very helpful, given my dietary requirements; thank you very much!
