I ordered my food but they forgot to put the chips in that i ordered so had to wait for another deliver. when they did deliver them they where disgusting very thin and very greasy. The biriani was luke warm and the vegetable curry that comes with the biriani was nice and hot but the veg was hard! over all im not happy with that order that I paid over £18 for. I don’t know whats happened to jalabi but thats not how the food used to be. Its really gone down hill. Safe to say i won’t be ordering from there again.

I was told estimated time of delivery would be 8.45 - 9.05. At 9.10 I rang the restaurant. They said it was on its way. It arrived at 9.25. The restaurant is 10 mins away.

So I ordered early about 5.30 but for delivery at 8.45 when everyone was home .. The food came at 7 when I said it wasn't due for nearly 2 hours the driver said he just drove 5miles he couldn't come bk he was sorry but I was maded to feel like I has to take it from him .. put box in kitchen my phone rang it was the restaurant saying the driver was coming bk for it he had picked it up to early and would send in taxi at the right time I did say I asked him to take it bk ..so 8.45 came food delivery on time now its in the same box the currys where cold .. we ordered tandoori mix grill the one with prawns salmon and so on .. we got a meat mixed grill some of the people in my home don't eat the meat only fish.. when I called the restaurant I was told they no longer do the fish one but its on the menu. I said some don't eat meat he said sorry they had not had time yet to change the menu but had not done the fish mix grill for over a year.. didn't offer any other choice 😕 🤷... all in all it was a crappie experience with a restaurant I really liked .. it was £50 order that some couldn't eat ..really disappointed in the whole thing cold curry lamb chop thats cold not good

Ordered and was told 45 to 60 mins. Had to call the restaurant twice, zero comms and arrived 1hour 50 after order. No comms, food was average at best. Lesson learnt, don’t order delivery from a popular restaurant middle of a Saturday night.

All food ordered was incorrect. Ordered a chicken tikka purée starter which includes bread and all I got a dry chicken tikka cubes. I also ordered half a tandoori chicken and all I received was a chicken leg. £9.95 for a chicken leg is disgraceful.

Over £40 worth of food was late and stone cold!! Not even a free poppadoms so disappointed after telling our house guest it was amazing!! And on top of that the madras was hot but with no taste! So disappointed and unhappy as I've eaten here for over 7 years!

I’ve eaten in the restaurant before and this time I had take out. The food was amazing as usual and the vegetarian options I find really good. The staff are always friendly too and the service is on point. I definitely look forward to eating from there again.
