Delivery was over an hour and a half late and delivered cold. No update from the restaurant when they knew delivery would be late because of ‘bad weather’ (it was sunny but cold all day!) and they refused to refund us. We didn’t eat until 10pm (ordered at 7pm) and had decided to cook something else when it finally arrived. Will not order from here again. A refund would usually be expected in these circumstances given there are cheeper options available elsewhere and we had to cook something else

We are truly sorry to hear that our service timings fell short of your expectations as we experienced a very high number of orders than normal and were short of drivers this weekend. Please note, that we are taking this very seriously and will address the issues immediately to ensure such situations do not arise again on your next order. As for the refund, this is an issue we have no control over as you’ve paid Just Eat directly and this needs to be raised with them to be resolve accordingly. Many thanks your patience. Missing items, delivery time at ordering was 30 to 50 minutes. Took over 2 hours to recieve our food. Very disappointing.
