The food took 2 hours 20min to arrive! I’m absolutely disgusted. Initially the estimated delivery time was 30min and this was pushed back 7 times. We had no way to cancel our order on the app after they’d started preparing the food (2hr before it arrived!) and it arrived stone cold. Had also tried to ring the restaurant but no number provided. Found a number online but the guy on the other end said he did work there but wasn’t working today. Refund expected.

Hi im sorry for the late delivery but unfortunatley we have no controll over the just eat drivers at all and the delivery gets pushed back untill they find drivers. We are part of a food hall so there is no landline.

last Saturday i ordered burger the food was very smelly and spoiled.
