I placed the order at 7pm, and it arrived at 8.15. The wrap is cold. The driver who delivered it said he was waiting for 25 minutes to collect it from the restaurant. He said there was a problem with the order because it wasn't showing on the system, and there is no receipt on my bag, so no record of order??? Very unhappy customer

This branch is constantly getting orders wrong. Ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte and was sent a vanilla latte????? It was selected and made even clearer in the order notes that it was with vanilla MILK. What’s so hard to understand? Instead they have sent me an iced latte with vanilla milk AND extra vanilla syrup?? The order clearly shows ‘NEW iced pumpkin spice latte’
