The milkshake was not done up probably the carrier has reported it as split and I agree on wanting a refund.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order online for collection and received both an email and an app notification stating that my food was ready to collect. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me it wasn’t ready, and I had to wait longer. To make matters worse, I realized that the prices online are more expensive than in-store. So not only was I paying more, but I was also made to wait well beyond the promised time. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant’s customer service and organization. I will think twice before ordering here again.

Food was cold but could’ve warmed up. 1 sausage was missing and didn’t put toast. Just eat didn’t give a refund but it’s the principle. Do not forget to put items in that people pay for :).
