Was cold bland no flavour chips soggy and brown the chicken in the burger is like a skinny cheap frozen flat piece of half what it is meant to be I spent 50 pounds here for a one off little treat and am completely disappointed if I could I would request a full refund

They did not have what we ordered and brought us random things instead of asking us whether we want those items or not. They did not offer us a refund as well. I would like a refund for all the items that were replaced! They also took much longer to deliver than they initially said.

Even though the food was late, it was very nice and the delivery driver even apologised that it was late which was nice of him to do so. However the company didn’t really give any updates on why it was late and what time the food was going to turn up.
