    Worst experience, karai chai came very cold and tea was spilt all over the bag, it’s bad experience .. even last time we ordered but it came 30 minutes late last time , and my home is just 3-4 min far away , I just want my refund ,,, ! Or else I will never order again ,,, you can check my order history , I used to order every week atleast once ,, so please could you help me with that , n proceed refund thanks ………………………………………………
