ordered early afternoon (around 3-3:30) and the order kept getting delayed and delayed ended up arriving at 5 past 6. 3 hours later! when it arrived it was stone cold and missing half of what we ordered. also much smaller than we have had previously in store

Don’t order the milkshakes for delivery, last 2 I have ordered have come, with barely no flavour and just milk w some chocolate chunks in. Not thick at all and tasted of nothing. Considering they’re more expensive than other places that do shake, they’re abysmal. Do not order shakes

paid extra to be made with oreo base for x3 waffles but they turned up plain. no bananas on waffle which paid extra for. toffee sauce for cinnabuns missing. over £50 order. not happy

Actually never turned up. Kept saying delivery time 8.20-8.40 untill I emailed & insta them over a hour later, for it to change to delivered at 8.25. No food was delivered

Ordered a kinder bueno milkshake, a Oreo milkshake and a waffle the only thing that turned up was a waffle and it was not the one I ordered! Very unhappy as I have sat here starving waiting for a sweet treat and it’s not even my order and there is no drinks! If the just eat drivers wasn’t so eager maybe this would not happen in future
