Sunday 29 December 2024My food never arrived. I placed the order at 10:40 pm and it’s the next day and I still haven’t received the order . No updates were made, the only one I received was my order was being made and the courier was at the restaurant that was it . Despite it going over the time frame provided, there was no further update on my order. There was no way to contact the driver and app did not provide any help with this at all . I would like a full refund of £14.79 which includes all extra fees.
