I recently ordered a deal from this pizza shop, which cost me £20. The deal included a Parmo, a 10-inch pizza, a portion of chips, a tub of sauce, and a can. I was excited to try it, but unfortunately, the experience the pizza and wrap were both tasty, and they arrived hot, which was great. However, the Parmo was way too small. It didn’t look like the standard size you’d expect, which was really disappointing given I’d paid for a full meal.
The biggest issue, though, was with the chips. I had written a note on my order asking for garlic sauce on the chips, as the app didn’t allow me to add it. they ignored this request. Not only was the sauce missing,
Overall, while the pizza and wrap were decent, the Parmo was underwhelming, and the lack of attention to my request for sauce really let the experience down. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service.
