Wednesday 26 February 2025Meal not delivered phoned shop said was not at property but were knocking on wrong door said i would collect are could there redeliver then was told the meal was gone? But if i paid for meal again 31.00 they would deliver it for free lol

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your order. After looking into the issue, we discovered that the phone number and address registered on your account were incorrect, which led to our driver being unable to deliver the meal to the correct location. Our driver waited for 20 minutes and made several attempts to call the number provided, but it turned out to be wrong.
We got many texts from the wrong number was registered asking to stop calling as it was the number registered under your account
We understand the frustration this caused and truly regret the inconvenience. If you could kindly update your contact and Location information to avoid similar issues in the future, we would be happy to assist with future orders.

Sunday 02 February 2025Excellent food as ever, third time I have used them 😋. However they obviously didn't read that I wanted it delivered at 8pm. Just eat indicated that the delivery time would e 2020 which was fine. Turned up at 1830!! Do people not read stuff?. Anyway hopefully we will get a healthy discount next time eh?
