My food was never delivered...

The food as over an hour and a half late.. and so not worth the wait as everything that was ordered was caked in grease and not enjoyable

It arrived a little late but the food was rather bland and not very nice. Wont be ordering again from them. 0/10

Really disappointed with my order from Kens Chinese. Food was really salty , ordered spare ribs and the quality of them were really poor , hardly any meat on them and mostly fat , went in the bin !!!

Delivery was late time given was 16-18 to latest 16-45 I called them and they said they had a delivery driver who didn’t up or was late? Food arrive at 19-05 Food was obviously cold by then . Shame as I always order from Ken’s

Ken's is located on Broad Street, Pensnett, Brierley Hill, Chinese dishes are available for collection or delivery when you order with Just Eat.
