The burgers were stone cold. Felt like eating leftovers rather than a treat. First time in years of ordering that i was underwhelmed by what arrived.

I’m sorry you didn’t find your food hot Jovis. It left our kitchen piping hot (freshly made to order) and took 10mins to get to you. In a hot bag also, I’m sorry your food was stone cold and like leftovers. I’m not sure how a chicken burger in crispy breadcrumbs can constitute being like a leftover, but I’ll bow to your option. The lady in the review below this one also had the same chicken burger on the same night. I’m sorry again that our food wasn’t up to scratch for you. I will look in to this and ensure it doesn’t happen again
