Said the food was delivered but didnt call or knock just left it outside. Popcorn chicken was spilled all out in the bag Ontop of that the food is cold Burger was open and destroyed all over the inside of the bag

The food was cold, and there was ketchup inside my tower burger which I didn't request. One of the drinks was over the fries, so it made them wet and cold

Missing one item, tried to call the restaurant six times for them to deliver the specific item I actually placed my whole order for… no answer. Really disappointed that I paid a delivery charge for something that was not even delivered.

MISSING ITEMS.. AGAIN!!! Never ordering from kfc again (addlestone branch) Can NEVER get through to the store and we have had to drive to the shop to get the missing items and new food as it was cold.. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!

All put in one bag. The food is all cold and the drinks warm. I imagine the cold drinks have made the food cold and the food that was originally hot has made the drinks warm.
