All the food was stone cold. Why would they put the cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food. We all said the food was like it had come out the fridge and it was thrown away.......was not happy at all

Although order arrived on time, majority of food was cold and unfit to eat. With Just Eat adding delivery charges and service fees to order, it's just not worth ordering anymore given all hassle and the waste of money involved.

Delivery was super quick but that leads to issues. No chips with any of the 3 meals ordered. Zinger burger substituted with fillet burger and meals were stone cold. There's no way of complaining by phone to request a refund or replacement items. Awful...1 star is a compliment!
