Second time I’ve ordered from KFC Baker Street and my food hasn’t turned up. Walked all the way there to rectify what had happened. So asked one of the staff members to call a a manger who which he did and was so kind - he asked if she could speak and she screamed ‘ I’m busy tell the customer to wait’ I thought that was classless and so disgusting to speak to her staff that way and not even come out and say ‘ I’ll be with you in moment’ instead of telling so loud through the restaurant. I was in shock at how disgusting she was. Not only that my food order was never delivered and for this happening a second time I shall never use just eat again. The worst food delivery ever!

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and received 3. The three was 2 very small wings and a drumstick. They were dry and you can tell it had been there for a while. Will not order from this branch again!
