Half of our meal was missing, I tried calling the restaurant however there wasnât a phone line which was open, very very disturbing when your hungry after a hard day of work and half of your meal doesnât show up. My grandma was most upset as she was desperate for that blend of 11 secret herbs and spices.

Ordered creamy mash and gravy as sides. Got gravy and beans, the gravyâs had opened so got a bag of beanie mush. Wont be ordering from here again. This was supposed to be a treat due to the expense, what a complete waste of money

On the last 3 occasions that I have ordered from this establishment, I have had items missing from my order. I don't understand, is it that difficult for someone to check the order to ensure all items are in the bag. Very poor service.

Was not happy with my order due to missing items that I paid for absolutely ridiculous! I had no popcorn chicken with the tower meal & did not have my salad that I chose either . Not happy at all. The food i did get was lovely but when you pay for items & do not recieve them its not nice at all. Im sorry but I will never order from them again just to be ripped off.
