Doesn't matter what you write in the additional information box. KFC struggle to get any order right. There's always items missing. It can't be hard to read the screen. Pick up the item and put it in the delivery bag!? Surely. Pathetic service

I saw on the map my driver in my road and app said order nearby but then she went back to the restaurant stayed approx 5 mins then came back again. Food had been microwaved so was unpleasantly chewy and sweetcorn gone brown. Very disappointed
