Went to the wrong house so food was cold as we could feel it through the bag. Then when we opened the bag to serve we were missing a bargain bucket Restaurant refused to refund us just eat prices and the difference would of been ÂŁ10 so refused to accept and taking further.

Who pays £30 for a bargain bucket with no chips included?? Didn’t bother to send any, said I would have to reorder and when it arrived the beans had exploded everywhere. Doesn’t make it clear that you have to select the chips as they not included with bargain bucket, when usually they are.

A bit cold but I never expect it to be piping hot though sometimes it is! I reheat the chips anyway. Everything I ordered was there & the food was nicely cooked, fresh & well put together. Very friendly delivery driver. I like that he doesn’t touch the food & you take it from the bag (especially during these infectious times). Thank you 👍
