I ordered food for family members as we were celebrating a birthday and it was ridiculous at how long it took just for one bucket!!! Would have been quicker if I had just collected myself. In the end, the other food I ordered (I ordered from a second place too and that arrived on time!!) has gone stone cold because we were waiting for nearly an hour for a bucket of chicken. Won’t be ordering through here again. Awful service

first order took over 1 hour and still had not even started making it, so cancelled that orde. started a new order (this one) which then took another hour when estimated time said max of 15-30 mins. food was also mostly cold and soggy on arrival. driver got lost and needed guiding in for another 10 mins
