I ordered a party bucket (original chicken, boneless fillets, popcorn chicken, 8 hot wings, 4 chips, 4 corn, 1gravy, drink) plus a vegan burger I received original chicken, chips and a drink, plus a burger. I’ve had similar the last 2 orders I placed. They won’t send out missing items, or even give you them to collect unless you return the whole meal. As my hungry kids had already started on the fries and burger I couldn’t even drive out to get the missing items (over half the order) without paying again. I’ve raised the issue with justeat but will never use this kfc again.

Missed items (main reason for ordering) popcorn chicken. Chips were really greasy and cold. Very poor

Awful burnt looking chicken, cold chips and drinks missing, ,not cheap either 😕 we don't order out often and definitely won't be doing for a long time especially from KFC Edge Lane

I ordered before 7 it said be there by 19.20 - . This was then extended to 20.45 actually arrive 20.57. I tried to can after it was extended. I called the restaurant 3 times. My husband ended up going to get a take away from chip shop as we thought it wasn’t coming. We then ended up with 2 takeaways and wasted food. I would like a refund please?
