Rapid delivery, order was correct but the boneless chicken fillets was over cooked so it was very dry and chewy, its normally excellent

Half the order was missing - no number to contact to resolve, only offer was refund of missing items, leaving at least one person hungry. We've ordered from this branch several times and on EVERY occasion they've managed to miss something. Will not be using again.

Food order wrong AGAIN!! Phoned restaurant 3 times, no reply. Had to drive up to sort order out. At least 4 members of staff on, no one at drive in and only 3 people in restaurant so hardly busy. They riled me the receipt was attached to wrong order and would not refund me!!

The food was absolutely disgusting it was freezing, salty and the chicken was rock hard. There was no collection available which is why I ordered threw just eat as a treat for my kids finishing for half term the whole meal other than the wraps went in the bin I want a refund for the shambles of a meal that was sent out to us I’ll never order from here again
