Disappointed that my bottle water was warm when arrived I put note in saying to KFC not to mix hot 🔥 & cold 💨food & drinks together in same bags this was ignored.

I ordered the ten piece original recipe chicken. The chicken with the rib pieces in particular was quite dry and chewy and I’ve eaten enough KFC to know how that affects the taste, but the rest of the pieces were better, in that they were softer and more moist. However, on the upside, the customer service was excellent as I was given all the chicken pieces that I asked for when I called. I only wish the chicken was fresher!
