I was let down the first time I ordered a year or so ago but I'm glad I tried them again as they're incredibly good now! They deliver really quickly and the food is amazing! :) They have good Vegan options too!

KFC constantly keep sending the wrong food or charging for food and then leaving it off the order! Tried to ring the restaurant direct to not get an answer I have now been over charged on 3 occasions due to missing food

Missing food so I stopped the driver before he left and kindly told him there was missing food. He said he'd sort it out and went on his phone. He then kept waiting 20 minutes before I got a call from just eat telling me they'd been advised I wasn't letting the driver leave and to do so immediately!! Like I was holding him hostage or something!!! I was then told there was nothing they can do about the missing food and to contact just eat!!! By this time my food was cold and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and falsely accused of not letting the driver leave. The guy on the phone wouldn't even give me a phone number to ring to resolve this and said "just find it on the internet". Absolutely ridiculous, humiliating and stressful run of events all over some missing food. I will never ever be using just eat again.
