A specially requested and much anticipated Fathers Day meal from KFC was a bit disappointing. First time I’ve used KFC. Created an account and ordered for my husband and I plus 6 family members. Total order was £73.30. The food arrived on time but by the time we figured out which items were missing the food was cold. We had to share out what we had which wasn’t a problem because we have a lovely family 😊 Food was still reasonably tasty after being microwaved. However, don’t think I would order again for a large gathering, despite the convenience of not having to cook. I expected a lot more food (not including the missing items!) and a much more professional service from KFC. The procedure for requesting a refund is very straight forward and I had an email confirming my refund within half an hour of asking. Would still have much preferred the complete order delivered.

Asked for no mayo this is shocking as I can’t have mayo the staff and management need to get more training in allergens to understand the consequence that can be caused by rushing or lack of caring or lack of knowledge If you have an allergy think twice before ordering
