Thanks for the quick response but as soon as the food was delivered it all fell out of the bag the grease had worked it way through and now my dogs are being feed I’m not happy with the fact that I just paid £20 off for dog food please can you fix it as I’m starving thanks

No flavour on boneless chicken. food cold on arrival. Lovely driver. Way way way too much sauce on burger, so much so the bun was saturated with mayo. Chips were ok but didn't pay 20 quid for chips. A poor experience I wish I could get a refund on.

We were missing 3 dips which we had paid extra for. We were also given a medium and a small popcorn chicken instead of the 2 large we ordered. The chicken was overcooked- very dark skin. The chicken hadnt been rested properly and the bucket had fallen apart because there was too much fat in it. Im sorry but I feel I am owed at least £6.19 as a refund for the large popcorn chicken that i never got and the 3 dips that I also never recieved. We have the majority of chicken left over because it doesnt taste nice and on top of that they served the hot wings in with the mini fillets which is a big no-no. These should have come seperately. I am extremely peeved and felt like it was a huge waste of money- on fathers day no less.

Half of food missing, called KFC blackwood to be told there was nothing they could do about it and that I should drive over to get missing food, I explained I couldn't drive over, and that my daughter was now left without a meal, I was basically told there is nothing they could do about it and blamed just eat! She could not refund me or get the rest delivered to me, barely apologised and I was not helpful in anyway shape or form, will not be ordering again from KFC blackwood!!

This is the second time I have ordered and the meal has not arrived despite calling them many times to be to be told they have no drivers I did not get a refund for both times I ordered I will not be ordering again
