You know it’s going to be bad when you open the box and the very dark colour of the skin shouts this is going to be dry chicken from being over done, no standards at all if you can send food out like this. Poor poor service. Watched the driver in the app get 15 secs away from me and carried on to a different address 5 mins away before coming back to me which resulted in my food also being cold

The chicken coating was burnt and tasted nasty, it was dark brown rather than golden. My food went in the bin

The price off a K F C now is absolutely disgusting £20 for 6 Pieces off chicken and 2 tubs off beans I understand prices have increased but that is not Value for money Will not be ordering one again

Missing all our drinks (2 soft drinks can and 1 kids drinks) missing the 3 corn on the cobs I ordered as extras and missing coleslaw from my meal. More than half the food missing! This was extremely disappointing. Everything time I order there seems to be something missing but thought we would try again at our kids request and again a disaster.

Food was colder then normal they put cans of ice cold pop in with the food just why forgot sauces as requested and missing items after paying £28 could have gone out for a sit down meal for that terrible

Love this option of KFC delivered. It’s here usually within 20 minutes. It would take me longer to drive there, order and get back. Food is usually really nice. Hot, fresh and drivers are very polite. This is my go too just eat for something quick and tasty
