Ordered my meal via Just Eat at 16.58, the App said it would arrive between 17.15 and 17.35. Waited and waited, finally came at 18.15. The food was barely warm so I got into my car and took it back to KFC where it was replaced, well almost as I was given two spicy wings instead of the extra chicken piece!. The lady that delivered my food was in a car that had kids in, not worried about that but just wondered whether she might have been distracted by them? I have used Just Eat before and the service has been great but after today I will probably think twice before I use it again 😩

How does a driver go from 3 minutes away, call up then goes off to do another order over 15 minutes away. Twice we had to call him. He then decides to not deliver to door, calls up to get us to come down then starts moaning. Stating we put in wrong postcode. Explain this: the post code on your website takes it straight to the door where we live. He using an app that takes him further away but some how manages to find the address? Every time a KFC order or McDonalds placed nothing but problems. Pretty fed up using Just eat to order with drivers moaning and blaming customers. Think eating cold food and hoping to reheat once drivers can be bothered to actually turn up is disgraceful but to actually wanting to hit your driver for being so rude and argumentative when the property was built even before he was born is beyond belief. Angry and fed up isn't close to how incompetent Just Eat and nearly all drivers involved has become. Very poor vetting of drivers and customer service.
